Your responsibilities:

Obtaining, evaluating, and comparing offers
Analyzing procurement markets
Independently conducting order processes, contract and price negotiations
Tracking deadlines and verifying invoices
Ensuring availability of goods
Monitoring inventory levels
Maintaining article master data
Supplier management
Designing, implementing, and developing purchasing strategies
Preparing reports and analyses for superiors

Your profile:

Completed commercial training or equivalent knowledge
Experience in operational purchasing, ideally in the field of media technology
Negotiation skills, passion, and enthusiasm for purchasing
High customer orientation, willingness to provide service, and communication skills
Good English skills and experience with MS Office programs
