We are currently seeking friendly Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) for the inbound department of a leading smartphone manufacturer at Old Elm Spring Colony, SD.

Previous knowledge in multimedia and smartphones is not required.

As the first point of contact, you will provide competent and service-oriented support to customers via phone and chat regarding products and services.

Your responsibilities:

Advising customers on products and services via phone and email
Ensuring and continuously improving excellent quality and service standards
Willingness to learn and develop through trainings and coaching sessions

Your qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory
Strong communication skills, empathy, and a high level of service orientation
Excellent German language skills (spoken and written) combined with good schoollevel English
Professional and friendly demeanor with a careful work approach
Good knowledge of PC and MS Office
