- Establish and maintain the project governance structure throughout the organization.
- Streamline processes, automate where possible, and identify workflow enhancements.
- Track and ensure the completion of all product launch activities from start to finish.
- Create and review internal and external communications delivered through various platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on company-wide initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Manage product and engineering partnership relationships.
- Maintain and update internal tools and systems for data-driven recommendations.
- Develop new product offerings based on market demand and company objectives.
- Provide valuable insights, communicate findings, and offer recommendations to enhance product and revenue growth.
- Contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining metrics, reports, and dashboards for monitoring product health and driving business decisions.
- Assist teams responsible for internal data systems in building and maintaining a central repository for cross-platform leverage.
- Create visibility of resource capacity, competency, and availability for all P&E teams to enhance collaboration.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
- Experience in managing SaaS and Appliance products.
- Familiarity with various internal tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, PowerBI, etc.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically about business, products, and technical challenges.
- Strong project management skills with exceptional organization and prioritization abilities.
- Experience in managing programs across different teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Generating reports and dashboards using various tools to drive data-focused metrics.
- Knowledge of integrating on-premise and cloud-based systems.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in process/project management within the technology sector.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred.
