    Responsibilities

    Develops and implements the product strategy in alignment with the overall business goals and market needs
    Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and testing to bring new features and products to market
    Effectively manages product timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones
    Collects and prioritizes product requirements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and internal stakeholders
    Creates and communicates product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs
    Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
    Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of products
    Understanding of the software development lifecycle
    Strong communication skills to effectively convey product vision, strategy, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends to make informed decisions and drive product improvements
    A focus on understanding user needs and incorporating customer feedback into the product development process

    Responsibilities & Duties


    • Develops and implements the product strategy in alignment with the overall business goals and market needs
    • Clearly communicates product vision, strategy, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and testing to bring new features and products to market
    • Effectively manages product timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones
    • Collects and prioritizes product requirements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and internal stakeholders
    • Creates and communicates product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs
    • Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of products
    • Writes high-level requirements

    Required Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Ambition, motivation, and drive that are second to none
    • Understanding of the software development lifecycle
    • Strong communication skills to effectively convey product vision, strategy, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends to make informed decisions and drive product improvements
    • A focus on understanding user needs and incorporating customer feedback into the product development process
    • Strong project management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute product development projects within established timelines and budgets
    • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term goals
    • Ability to multitask on multiple projects at the same time
    • Outstanding skills in preparing presentations
    • Proven ability to meticulously manage your time and work outside of the normal "9 to 5" schedule as required
    • Proven experience in software product management (Required)
    • Previous experience in public safety software (Preferred)
    • Proven ability to operate successfully in diverse and varied business cultures around the world (Preferred)
    • History of working with large, multi-national System Integration firms (Preferred)
