    Job Summary
    Lambert is currently seeking an Accounting Manager This role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Finance and will interact with all levels of employees and leaders. The Accounting Manager will manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems, and support the Sr. Director of Finance in establishing financial and operating benchmarks, oversee and create accounting processes and procedures.

    Essential Responsibilities and Duties
    Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Monthly Reporting and Forecast, Tax Projections, Cash Projections, Annual Budget Preparation, Accounting and Revenue Recognition.

    • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
    • Prepares timely monthly financial statements
    • Prepare year-to-date cash flow
    • Supervise month-end and year-end close process
    • Create procedures to make the close and reporting processes more efficient and accurate.
    • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
    • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
    • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual billings to clients for services provided
    • Specific supervision of A/P and A/R, including accurate and timely production of all financial information and proper analytical review of operations from a balance sheet, income statement and cash flow perspective as well as an overall business perspective.
    • Assistance in review of due diligence material of potential acquisitions.
    • Review and recording of journal entries required to reflect the monthly activity
    • Review of expenses incurred on behalf of multiple entities such as software costs, accounting services, analytical services, etc.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
    • 5+ years experience in the accounting and finance sector.
    • Experience managing accountants and the accounting and finance process.
    • Experience equivilient to an Accounting Manager
    • Experience working as a controller for a business services company, ideally in marketing/advertising.
    • Exceptional computer skills and experience with Accounting/Finance software (e.g.) SAP, Quickbooks, NetSuite, OpenAir, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams
