- Extensive experience in managing projects with medium to high complexity, business critical and large cross-functional team spanning multiple regions and functions
- Proven delivery project / program lead
- Comfortable in both the technical details and overseeing delivery across a wide range of teams
- Ability to work within a regulated and controlled environment
- A working knowledge of both agile and traditional project delivery methods
- Good Financial industry knowledge
- E xperience of working with Risk, Finance and Treasury functions
- Able to build up good knowledge of specialist areas that projects operate in
- E xcellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation to Senior level stakeholders (MD Level)
- Highly articulate and persuasive communicator with strong communication skills
- Self starter, can operate with minimal guidance
