Staff Accountant - $65,000 to $80,000 plus bonus (ON-SITE)

Wonderful opportunity to join a profitable and growing privately held company near Elizabethtown, Lancaster County as a Staff Accountant. This position is open based on the retirement of a 30+ year employee and reports to an outstanding Controller (who we placed for this company).

There is a very defined path to a Senior Accountant level role at this company. Furthermore - if you would prefer a Corporate Accounting role with VARIETY - this is the role for you

The Staff Accountant will support the close process (monthly, quarterly and year-end), lead fixed asset accounting, support the budgeting and forecasting process, conduct variance analysis and perform daily cash / bank reconciliations.

This Staff Accountant position is largely an "IN OFFICE" role but offers tremendous flexibility related to planned family activities, outside appointments, etc.
