TriStarr's client, a leading Lancaster manufacturer, is seeking a Staff Accountant to play a vital role in general accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial operations.

Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

You will prepare monthly reconciliations and variance analysis.
You will assist in month-end closing activities.
You will develop detailed monthly forecasts and annual operating plans.
You will provide financial guidance to corporate leadership.
You will ensure inventory control and reconciliation.
You will implement process improvements and standardization.
You will perform other duties as required.

Staff Accountant Experience/Skills Required:

You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
You have 5+ years of progressive Accounting experience.
You have proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
You have experience with GAAP and external auditors.

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Permanent
START DATE: asap, pending interviews
SALARY RANGE: $65k-$75k.
HOURS: Full-time
DRESS CODE: Business casual
