    Description
    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing our production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

    This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of our manufacturing operations, driving continuous improvement and innovation.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
    Design and implement new production methods, equipment, and systems to meet production goals and standards.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.

    Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed manufacturing initiatives.
    Identify and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
    Establish and maintain documentation such as work instructions, process maps, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    Lead and support continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
    5+ years of relevant experience.
    Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is desirable.
