We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing our production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Design and implement new production methods, equipment, and systems to meet production goals and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed manufacturing initiatives.
• Identify and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain documentation such as work instructions, process maps, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is desirable.
