    Description

    We are looking for a JAMF System Administrator with the following skills:

    Job Description:


    • Strong knowledge of Operating systems – macOS (Big Sur) and above


    • Practical experience managing and supporting globally available IT infrastructure services, on-site and remotely


    • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Jamf Pro administration and management skills


    • Experience with creating/managing Jamf policies & configuration profiles


    • Experience with self Service policies and customizations


    • Experience with configuring and implementing PPPC Controls and FileVault


    • Experience with configuring and implementing Zero Touch deployments


    • Experience developing and maintaining scripts in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Powershell.


    • Experience creating content for deployment in various industry standard packaging solutions.


    • Experience with Image and Patch management


    • Ability to communicate appropriately with client technical and executive staff


    • Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and JIRA


    • Experience documenting processes for use by all tiers of IT.


    • Experience configuring and supporting security, including encryption, at all levels


    • Strong knowledge on Jamf Pro, DEP, VPP and Enterprise Connect implementation


    • Strong knowledge on JAMF components (Admin, Composer, Recon, Remote, and Imaging).


    • Strong troubleshooting skills on device provisioning via DEP, application deployments (mandatory and self-service portal),


    • Knowledge of distribution point configuration and how Certificate Authority works
