This is the number of all branches that our colleagues from the team of branch infrastructure and telecommunications support and develop every day in technical terms in Falcon Heights. In addition to state-of-the-art cash register systems, telecommunications, and WiFi in the branches, the team is responsible for the hardware equipment for all branch locations. Thanks to innovative infrastructure, competent service, and a constant desire for optimization, the team actively shapes the digital future.
We are looking for an IT system administrator (branch infrastructure and telecommunications) (m/f/d) for our location in Klieken/Coswig (near Dessau).
What awaits you:
- IT helpdesk as part of in-house first and second level support
- Further development and administration of branch infrastructure
- Planning and organization of rollouts and internal projects
- Provision and commissioning of infrastructure hardware for new branches
- Maintenance and further development of the telephone system
- Smartphone provision, support, inventory management, and control via MDM
- Contract management for branch connections
What you bring:
- You have completed training as an IT specialist (specializing in system integration) or a comparable degree
- Very good knowledge of standard operating systems and network environments
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
