System Administrator (m/w/d) in Device Management - Focus on macOS

Full-time, permanent position · Cologne

The Device Management team supports end devices (Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS) at various locations, both remotely and on-site. They are responsible for maintaining, managing, and developing the client environment. In this role, you will primarily focus on macOS-based devices.

Developing policies, particularly in regards to current security recommendations and standards
Continuously improving our macOS client strategy
Providing 2nd level support (via phone, remote, and on-site) and working in the ticket system
Simplifying administrative tasks through scripting
Participating in the planning, management, and support of IT projects and initiatives (e.g. macOS major updates, quality assurance measures, infrastructure development)
Creating concepts and installation instructions

Your Profile

You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (or equivalent) or have a degree in IT and have gained several years of professional experience
You have extensive administration knowledge of macOS-based devices in a business environment
You have experience with MDM solutions in the macOS
