- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes documentation. Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, and proactively identify and address any issues or risks. Prepare and distribute project status reports, updates, and presentations to stakeholders as needed.
- Assist with the monitoring and tracking of Performance Metrics associated with the overall Project Health. Assist with Project Governance and Oversight activities and requirements including facilitation of action items and requests, Risk Assessment report response, and project deliverable feedback and tracking.
- Assist with the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for project implementation. Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including change orders, and correspondence.

- Experience working on large scale software deployments.
- Experience with PMI Project Lifecycle methodologies including Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile is preferred. Experience in MS Project and Azure DevOps preferred.
- 10 years of experience in business analysis (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 10 years of experience in business analysis (or equivalent experience)
