- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes documentation.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, and proactively identify and address any issues or risks.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports, updates, and presentations to stakeholders as needed.
- Assist with the monitoring and tracking of Performance Metrics associated with the overall Project Health.
- Assist with Project Governance and Oversight activities and requirements including facilitation of action items and requests, Risk Assessment report response, and project deliverable feedback and tracking.
- Assist with the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for project implementation.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Experience working on large scale software deployments.
- Experience with PMI Project Lifecycle methodologies including Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile is preferred.
- Experience in MS Project and Azure DevOps preferred.
- PMI certification a plus
- Scrum Master a plus
- Lean or Six-sigma certification a plus
- Fingerprint Clearance is required.
