- Maintains relationships with less complex clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
- Serves as a client contact for day-to day needs and answers standard client questions to improve the client experience.
- Keeps abreast of changing market conditions and understands and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.
- Manages and records all activities in the Client Management system to ensure timely follow up by the client, carriers, client team and delivery of final policy.
- Answers inbound customer calls and provides ongoing service and account maintenance for multiple programs and/or products
- Makes outbound retention and service calls for assigned programs
- Contributes greatly to the growth and retention of a program
- Assists with projects as needed
- Manages workload within established service levels and/or production requirements
- Ensures that all regulatory, compliance and transparency requirements are met and complies with all internal policies and procedures
- Prior Insurance Industry experience
- Property & Casualty license required. If not licensed, must be able to obtain within 45 days of employment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates strategic thinking & ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
- Detail oriented to ensure accuracy
- Demonstrates problem solving skills
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems without assistance
