    How you contribute to our successThe Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing multiple large to jumbo strategic client accounts.

    The Senior Account Manager's responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of our industry, business and offerings, developing and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts, managing and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and act as a client advocate to coordinate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience.

    The Senior Account Manager is passionate, proactive and solution-oriented.

    Developing and maintaining a knowledge and understanding of our business, product offerings, competitors and industryManagement and retention

    of strategic accounts and opportunities by building strong, trusting relationshipsUnderstanding clients' needs, developing strategy and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolioCoordinate internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needsIdentifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processesMentor new employees on organizational standards and processesDevelop account management strategiesThe Ideal Candidate

    A passion for wellbeing, creating engagement around wellbeing and delivering on outcomes is a must.

    Experience & Education needed for success in this roleExperience

    Minimum five years of industry specific account management experienceEducation

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePhysical & Working Environment

    Normal mental and visual attention is required. Normal office working conditions requiring continuous use of both hands. Sitting most of the time, may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
    Position requires occasional bending, squatting, twisting and climbing stairs. There are minimal exposures to workplace hazards.

    Position is available for remote workers.
