    Job DescriptionSalary: $30, $50,000.00

    Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role where you'll collaborate across teams, ensuring seamless integration experiences for our valued Publishers and Advertisers? We're looking for a passionate individual to join us in making every integration a smooth success story

    Responsibilities:

    You will work across multiple teams to ensure that our Publisher and Advertisers' campaigns commercially integrate smoothly & in preset SLAs in our platform. Moreover, you will be working with our customers to support them with integrating with our proprietary API builder, which simplifies configuring the integration with our customers' API, making it possible to send lead data from PX to our customers without the requirement of work by our development team.

    • Seamless Integration Management: Collaborate across departments to ensure the smooth integration of Publisher (Lead provider) and Advertiser (Lead Buyer) campaigns within predetermined timelines on our platform.
    • API Integration Expertise: Utilize our proprietary API builder to simplify integration processes, minimizing reliance on our development team.
    • Onboarding Oversight: Oversee the efficient onboarding of Publishers and Advertisers, providing support to our Integrations Manager as needed.
    • Performance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and evaluating partner performance metrics, contributing valuable insights to drive platform enhancements.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of performance, promptly addressing any technical challenges that arise.

    Base Annual Salary

    This is an entry-level position.

    The compensation Range is $30, $50,000.00 dependent upon your relevant skills and experience.

    Qualifications

    • Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1+ years of relevant industry experience.
    • Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, ideally with prior experience in client-facing roles.
    • Data Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in data visualization tools such as Tableau. You must have the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
    • Technical Competence: Basic understanding of XML, JSON, and HTTP is a plus It is also valuable if you understand APIs, POST/REST, and tracking links.
