A Site Procurement Manager is needed for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Marietta, PA area. This role involves leading procurement operations across company manufacturing sites, focusing on strategy implementation, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and team leadership to optimize supply chain efficiency and drive value creation.

responsibilities:

Responsible for procurement across all company manufacturing sites for Pharma, Vaccines, and Consumer divisions.
Covers both Direct and Indirect spend.
Partners with local site teams to drive procurement delivery.
Leads alignment with the Site Leadership Team.
Develops and proposes plans to improve procurement processes.
Leads procurement function at the site for Directs, Manufacturing Indirects, and Capex.
Integrates risk management approach into procurement mission.

Skills:

Excellent knowledge of procurement tools, team leadership, negotiation, communication, finance, and legal matters.
Experience in risk management and contracting.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and across business units and disciplines.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
5-8 years of operational procurement experience.
Preferred specialization in procurement/supply chain or MBA.
