To strengthen our tendering team, we are looking for a

Procurement Manager (m/f/d) for the Competence Center for Tenders and Procurement Law at our headquarters in Cologne as soon as possible.

  • Your tasks
  • Accompanying and conducting complex tenders through all types of procedures in European and national procedures
  • Support of the head of the competence center in all areas of responsibility
  • Support and cooperation with the decentralized procurement offices in healthcare facilities
  • Consulting the head of the competence center on all relevant procurement and tendering topics
  • Coordination of work with framework agreements
  • Management of projects for the optimization and digitalization of procurement and tendering processes
  • Support in managing external service providers
  • Support in the development and implementation of internal training measures, guidelines and policies for the topics managed in the department
