    Description

    As a Trade Customer Services Executive, you will be the expert supporting our customers before, during and after they buy our products.

    You will represent the company within their multiple brands and multiple customer channels daily.

    You will be required to maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, whilst establishing and building new partnerships within defined areas.

    You will provide surface product goods and services across different countries and marketplaces with elements of premium / VIP service delivery.

    You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer experience to all of our customers.

    You will be required to be a product expert who acts as a Brand Ambassador in all internal and external customer interactions.

    40 paid hours per week within our full operating hours.

    Product, system, and company training as well as on-the-job support will be provided.

    Following the successful completion of your probation, you will also be entitled to receive a monthly monetary bonus if the agreed targets are achieved / exceeded.

    As part of Direct Online Services Ltd, WEX Trade ) is a supplier of worktops and oak cabinetry to our trade customers. This includes, but is not limited too; kitchen retailers, building contractors, carpenters, shop fitters, property developers.

    **Duties**

    As the expert, you will advise and support your customers before, during and after they buy the best products for their own customers and requirements.

    Answering customer queries on the telephone, eMail and webchat.

    Will communicate with Tradespeople, Companies and other B2B customers over a multitude of product brands.

    Will work very closely with our Trade Rep network all across the UK.

    There will be a requirement for you to qualify leads and generate leads for future development.

    Manage the complete customer journey from quote, to purchase, to production, to delivery, to post-sale and will be required to ensure all stages are updated fully and correctly.

    Processing sales, calculating shipping costs, keeping up to date with stock and promotions.

    Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex.

    Processing customer information on different computer systems and programs.

    Maintaining full and accurate customer and correspondence records.

    There will be a requirement for you to follow up any quotes you have done and keep regular contact with your customers.

    There will be a requirement for you to follow up on any samples customers have purchased from us and convert them to a full product purchase as well as any other proactive sales initiatives.

    Taking payment for goods or services as well as issuing refunds to customers.

    Supporting your fellow team members as well as working closely with other areas of the business.

    Aiming to achieve both personal and company daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales and performance targets.

    Working to the companys standards and service level agreements as well as your own individual performance goals and targets.

    Dealing with and managing customer complaints.

    Though not essential, experience of working in similar role, Retail or Account Management is desirable.
