- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
- Resolve clients' billing issues and verify discrepancies.
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable, in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data.
- Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed.
- Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans.
- Able to spot accounting discrepancies and apply appropriate controls in daily operations.
- 2+ years of experience as an AR Specialist.
- Established ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Exceptional data entry skills along with a knack for numbers and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience in accounting software, preferably SAP or NetSuite.
- Basic knowledge and experience of basic accounting principles.

(Base Salary Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000)
The range listed is just one component of Geneo's total rewards package for our employees.
Other rewards may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits. An employee's pay position within the listed salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
