- Develop and implement data driven pricing strategies for Blue Yonder's SaaS products and services
- Drive pricing and packaging initiatives based on customer value/willingness-to-pay, competitive landscape and business strategy
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure pricing is aligned with product features and benefits
- Conduct customer surveys to understand customer needs and preferences
- Analyze costs and profitability to ensure pricing is aligned with company goals
- Work cross-functionally with global teams to develop pricing models to drive revenue growth
- Monitor competitive and market trends and adjust pricing accordingly
- Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support pricing decisions
- Provide regular pricing updates and recommendations to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
- MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, preferably in a SaaS company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other pricing tools
- Experience with value-based pricing and market analysis
- Knowledge of costing and revenue initiatives

Overview:
Blue Yonder is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SaaS Pricing Manager to join our team. The SaaS Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in value-based pricing, costing, customer surveys, market analysis, revenue initiatives, and competitive intelligence. Product pricing experience is required. Working with the product teams to price new innovations is an important element to this role.

The salary range for this position is $117, $147,625.00
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
