    Responsibilities for our Bilingual Customer Service Representative:

    • Develop relationships with the customer by being friendly, courteous, empathetic, and professional
    • Provide education to customers on products and services we have to offer
    • Guide customers through the enrollment process to ensure their qualifications and eligibility
    • Work within a team environment and communicate effectively with both customers and team members
    • Answering questions that may arise from customers and report directly to management if unsure
