Customer Service Representative 1

The schedule is Monday through Friday during training. After the completion of training the schedule may shift to include a weekend day as well. All Customer Service Representatives are required to participate in the on-call after hours service rotation.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to speak professionally, clearly, and concisely while providing excellent customer service.
  • High school diploma
  • Type 30+ words per minute
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to be accountable.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Must be able to learn and consistently follow established communication scripts for consistency and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook
  • Bilingual (Spanish) highly desired but not required
Daily, Weekly & Monthly Duties

  • Understand and Exemplify CPL's Core Values
  • Be punctual and ready to work at scheduled times.
  • Quickly and professionally greet customers.
  • Maintain positive and professional communications with all customers.
  • Identify customer needs, inform customers about CPL's services and process orders.
  • Receive emergency and nonemergency calls and record significant information.
  • Input accurate information into computer system.
  • Consistently record and recap customer information, minimizing errors
  • Navigate Field Service Management Software
  • Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
