Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
This position is ideal for individuals with experience in the restaurant, food industry, or retail math.Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide insurance information and recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to resolve customer issues effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
Work setting:
- Inperson
Language:
- Spanish (preferred)
- Arabic (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- El Cajon, CA 92020: Relocate before starting work (required)
