    Senior Account Manager – Job Description

    Job Title:

    Inside Sales/Sr. Account Manager

    Location:

    Remote; Work from home

    Reports To:

    Director of Client Services

    Hours:

    8am-5pm EST {flexible}

    Pay Type:

    Salary - $50,000+ (Based on Experience)

    Travel:

    Minimal

    OnePoint is a Brand Management company in the Print, Promo, and Apparel industry purchasing on behalf of our customers. We utilize a preferred list of vendors through the Proforma network and other suppliers we find. OnePoint has an opening for an experienced Account Manager heavy in apparel, promotional products, and print knowledge to work directly with our established house accounts and help onboard new accounts. Individuals must possess a professional, motivated, and positive attitude in every customer interaction. A true client-focused person who realizes customer service is not a department, but an experience Must be a self-starter who can work from home with minimal supervision as well as be detailed and organized to manage an extensive workload including research, quotes, orders, and presentations.

You will be expected to fully service the house accounts you are given.     Qualifications & Experience:

    • Must be a strong, independent person who can adhere to company guidelines and culture while being a proactive, critical thinking employee that will benefit our clients as well as OnePoint
    • Must have 5+ years knowledge & experience in researching, sourcing, quoting, and buying promo/apparel/print items
    • Must have 5+ years ESP and/or SAGE research experience
    • Must have experience in entering orders into a system, issuing POs, and providing HiRes Print Files to vendors/suppliers
    • Must have general knowledge of how to spec, quote, and purchase print products from print vendors in some or all the following areas: Commercial Printing, Web Printing, Short Run Digital Printing, Large Format Printing, and POP Printing, and knowledge of types of paper and substrates
    • Must have worked with a single or team of outside sales reps to provide samples, specs, and quotes.
    • Must be able to work with graphic designers to coordinate design for the customer, with clear directions and an eye for design/layout (Adobe knowledge is beneficial)
    • Need strong Computer and Microsoft Office skills especially of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google live docs
    • Must have access to Hi-Speed Internet
    • Must have some basic sales experience to be comfortable in forming relationships and asking for opportunities on work we may not have or know about

    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Actively listen for opportunities and add value to our clients
    • Able to prioritize multiple requests and orders coming in with high demand
    • Able to effectively and efficiently problem solve and use critical thinking to complete tasks or issues that may arise
    • Answer incoming phone calls, emails and handle or redirect inquiries to the appropriate party in a timely manner
    • Able to research, create and provide proposals to clients and follow up on all proposals
    • Know how to enter orders and submit supplier purchase orders with art files

    Specific Responsibilities Continued:

    • Able to follow up and follow through on client orders while providing clear up to date communication
    • Work directly with suppliers to resolve order-related issues, negotiate credits, and facilitate proofs
    • Manage project plans and schedules, budgets, and expenditures
    • Prepare necessary presentation materials for clients
    • Track orders through the production and delivery process to ensure timely delivery
    • Work with clients to complete product returns
    • Maintain customer and supplier information within database
    • Maintain the absolute best customer service with the clients success always in mind
    • And other duties as assigned
