**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

Peak Human is a joint venture between Religion of Sports and Chopra Global, leveraging our collective audience and content to bring mindfulness and wellbeing training to consumers. Were looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead Peak Humans founding team and lead the ventures strategic direction through its first phase of growth and beyond.

As the leader of Peak Human, this role will have an incredibly high level of access and influence across the broader ROS organization. Whether youre a proven startup founder/CEO; come from a VC, consulting, or investment background; or have experience in the wellness or entertainment space, this role is a rare opportunity for someone who is strategic, can connect the dots across industries and disciplines, and ready to evangelize our vision, take it further, and bring it to market.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

Leader of Peak Human joint venture, reporting to ROS CEO and liaising with Chopra Global

Define vision and strategy from launch to scale

Identify, grow, and scale user base: scope addressable market, identifying and defining our target personas (who they are, why they would use Peak Human, how do we find and target them, how do we engage and retain them, etc.); develop clear path towards monetization and scale

In partnership with the Head of Content, build out Peak Humans five pillars: Movement, Recovery, Reflection, Fuel and Relationships, with a point of view on content as well as digital instruction

Partner across ROS and Chopra Global on content, including audio, video, and digital content creators, as well as on technology and infrastructure, including engineers, product managers, and growth marketers

Collaborate with ROS Head of Marketing on deployment of ROS digital / social ecosystem against Peak Human objectives and goals

Design and recruit the Peak Human team, including small content and digital strategy team to develop and launch content

Define and build the Peak Human app, including knowledge of experience design and branding

Act as a talent magnet to attract and build relationships with both expert voices in talent (per pillar) and also celebrity talent

Identify, build relation ships, and work with talent distribution partners to amplify and launch content initiatives

Lead and negotiate complex commercial deals corporate partners against the five domains to scale and integrate brand-aligned partnerships, identifying and leveraging partners assets

In collaboration with the CEO and Finance, own P&L, define and operate against burn rate, and work towards value creation-focused objectives

**WHAT YOULL BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**

7+ years experience leading, building and scaling high growth companies

Experience building and scaling products into fast growing businesses

Track record of structuring and negotiating commercial deals

Direct experience in tech, personal development, or wellness highly preferred

Experience in taking a content product to market and building brand affinity through storytelling

Resilience and mental agility navigating complex stakeholders, including investors, Board, C-suite, and commercial partners

Experience building teams from the ground up

P&L responsibility with proven experience managing budget

Can connect the dots: intellectually curious, an analytical thinker who is interested in the big picture

Self-motivated: a "get it done" attitude that understands how to balance strategic vision with tactical execution in a startup environment

Integrity: highest levels of discretion of judgement

Team mindset: seeks opportunities to learn from and help others, will do what it takes to get the job done and done well

**WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH**

Reporting to the CEO, you'll be part of ROS leadership team spearheading the Peak Human joint venture. We have a team mindset and youll have access and influence to every part of the business. Our team is transitioning back to an office-based working model where youll be surrounded by a group of curious, highly motivated, and team-oriented people.
