- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of investment banking experience ; MBA degree and 3+ years of investment banking or closely related experience
- Meaningful M&A transaction experience, particularly on the sell-side M&A
- Ability to lead junior bankers throughout a transaction; includes reviewing work, setting expectations and providing constructive feedback
- Business writing skills, including the ability to write compelling selling memorandums and presentations
- Analytical and financial modeling skills
