    Job Title: Sr. Network Engineer
    Location: Wayzata, MN (Onsite)
    Type : Full Time Employment

    Job Description:

    Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
    • Professional certification (e.g. CCNP).
    • Level 2 and Level 3 support for Incident Management / ticket resolution.
    • Remote management of Network Operations.
    • Solid background in network administration.
    • In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF), Ethernet (.1q VLANs, STP, RSTP, VRRP/HSRP)
    • Knowledge/hands on SD WAN.
    • Hands on experience in Wireless technologies, Cisco Nexus , ACI configuration , troubleshooting.
    • Work with Hardware/Software Vendors to resolve problems.
    • bility to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.

    The Senior Network Operations Engineer will be part of a team who are responsible for handling network support, problem management, managing network performance and proactively identifying issues before they become customer affecting. Network Lifecycle. This team provides 247 support to its Global customer base.
