Junior Network Consultant - Frankfurt / Hybrid - €65,000

Join a network consulting company and work on a variety of projects, with the freedom to focus on your preferred technologies and providers.

As a junior consultant, you will receive extensive support from the company, including training and mentoring from experienced Cisco trainers.

You will work closely with clients to assess network requirements, design scalable network architectures, and take on implementation, handling projects from start to finish.

Develop technical skills such as automation (Terraform), scripting, and GitLab CI/CD, so you can stay at the forefront of the latest technology trends.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing networks - identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Design, document, implement, and troubleshoot in accordance with client needs/business objectives.
  • Automation - optimize and monitor the network.
  • Security - firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
  • Communicate with clients - main point of contact for their clients and ability to explain the benefits of automation in their network.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
