หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
* ติดต่อเสนอขายรถยนต์ และสินค้าของบริษัทฯ ทางช่องทาง Online ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กําหนด
* บันทึกข้อมูล รายละเอียดของลูกค้าลงแบบฟอร์มต่าง ๆ ในระบบ SEM ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
* จัดหากลุ่มลูกค้ามุ่งหวัง และจัดทํารายงานสรุปผลให้หัวหน้าแผนกขายเพื่อตรวจสอบและลงระบบ Prospect กับทาง Sales Support
* ตอบคําถาม และให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าได้อย่างรวดเร็ว และเป็นมืออาชีพ
* ติดตามผล รักษาฐานของลูกค้าเป้าหมาย และกําหนดเวลานัดหมายลูกค้าสําหรับการสาธิตยานพาหนะ
* ประสานงานเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการขาย เกี่ยวกับการสั่งรถ / การติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ / ของแถม ตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการ
* Update ข่าวสาร ความรู้ที่ทันสมัยเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ และโปรโมชั่น
* ส่งเสริมการขายและกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ผ่านช่องทาง Online ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรายการ PROMOTION
* ติดตาม ดูแลประสานงานแก้ไชปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่องทั้งก่อน และหลังการขาย
* เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมการขายออนไลน์และโปรแกรมการศึกษาสําหรับโซเชียลมีเดียและการพัฒนาออนไลน์อย่างมืออาชีพ
* ศึกษาข้อมูลข่าวสารใหม่ ๆ ทั้งของบริษัทฯ และคู่แข่งผลิตภัณฑ์ต่าง ๆ การขาย การตลาด การบริการหลังการขายและอื่น ๆ
* ประสานงานและให้ความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ของสาขา ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการตามระบบคุณภาพตาม BMWT กําหนด
* ให้บริการที่เป็นเลิศและสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า
* อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก Online Sales Manager

* ประสบการณ์การขายอย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือการขายออนไลน์ สามารถปิดการขายได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
* ประสบการณ์การตลาดในกลุ่มสินค้าอสังหาริมทรัพย์
* มีความรู้ด้านการสร้างเนื้อหาและเข้าใจพฤติกรรมของลูกค้าจากระบบออนไลน์เป็นอย่างดี
* มีทักษะในการขาย การเจรจาต่อรอง มีความมั่นใจ และมีใจบริการ
* มีความชํานาญในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในสํานักงาน และ Internet
* มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ และสามารถปฏิบัติงาน Roadshow , Event ในต่างจังหวัดได้
* มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมตัดต่อ แต่งภาพ/VDO ได้ในระดับพื้นฐานจะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
