    Are you passionate about helping homeowners transform their houses into beautiful, long-lasting homes? If so, Alco Products Company, Inc. is looking for a Home Improvement Sales Consultant to join our team in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area

    As a Sales Consultant, you will be provided with prescreened leads and appointments to call on every week. You will start by selling windows, doors, and roofing with the opportunity to work on more custom projects like siding and decking/outdoor living. We will provide you with the training and support you need to succeed and grow in your career.

    We are a 3rd generation, family-owned residential remodeling company experiencing tremendous growth, and we need a professional Home Improvement Sales Representative to help us continue our success

    If you have experience as a Sales Consultant, Outside Sales Representative, Sales Advisor, or Account Executive, we encourage you to apply

    What's in it for you:

    • Compensation: 12 weeks of paid training and then an uncapped commission plan, laptop/phone provided with $300 monthly gas stipend
    • Sales Leads: 90% of your leads provided by our marketing team

    Some qualifications we are looking for in a Sales Consultant include:

    • 1+ years of Home Improvement Sales experience or 3+ years in Business to Consumer Sales experience
    • Intermediate experience using a CRM
    • Construction knowledge is a plus but not required
    • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
