Automotive Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
  • Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for sales transactions.
  • Ability to navigate through CRM (Customer Relationship Management Software).
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
