    OverviewPurpose Statement/Position Summary:

    The Lead Care Coordination Associate (CBDI), provides onsite direction to the administrative support staff, prioritizing work effort to ensure timely completion of necessary tasks.

    Participates in the interviewing, orienting and training of new support staff. Provides feedback to area manager and/or supervisor for employee performance reviews and disciplinary actions. Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills and holds support staff accountable for the same. Serves as first level support to team members for workflow processing questions.


    Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:

    4+ years' experience in health care environment specific to ambulatory clinic or hospital setting required; 5+ years in ambulatory clinic or hospital setting preferred.

    Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Excellent telephone manner and ability to deal effectively with the public. Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.


    Education/Licensure/Certification:

    High school diploma or GED required Pay Scale InformationUSD $49, USD $85,394.00 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization.

    Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry.

    The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description.

    Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
