    Purpose

The Postdoctoral Fellow will assist in supporting the work of a research team housed at the University of Texas-Austin in partnership with researchers from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the University of Houston, and the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

This research team is conducting a Central Office Research Study (CORS) designed to study and document the cultural, historical, and organizational factors that these eight districts must grapple with as they develop their vision, goals and plans for equity-centered principal pipelines.

The results of this in-depth research will inform the field broadly about the structural factors that come into play in this work and -importantly-how districts negotiate them, in ways that can give other districts insights into structural factors they must address and strategies for addressing them.
