We get to work with a wide range of employees from painters, plumbers, carpenters, and electricians, to police officers and firefighters, to engineers, architects as well as traditional business functions like purchasing, finance, IT, and real estate.
This position will support the HR Business Partners with all facets of the hiring process to include recruitment, scheduling interviews, assessments, pre-employment background checks, new hire administration and other duties as assigned.

Assist with posting open positions

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have one of the following:
Associate's degree or higher, with an emphasis in Human Resources, Business or a related field
Pursuing a
bachelor's degree in H uman Resources, industrial psychology, organizational development, or a related program graduating in 2024 or 2025.
Two years of experience in Human Resources supporting team members with recruiting, hiring, background checks, data entry, employee correspondence etc.
Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent organizational skills
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a sense of urgency
Ability to take initiative, work as a team player, and take ownership of assignments
Effective communication, writing and grammar skills, paying great attention to detail
Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to follow-through to completion
Exceptional customer service skills
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Recruiting and hiring experience
HRIS database experience
Experience using NEOGOV applicant tracking system
PHR or SPHR Certification
