    Job Title: Human Resources Clerical Assistant at Omni Viking Lakes Hotel

    A substantial part of the 200-acre Viking Lakes mixed-use development is where you'll find the Minnesota Vikings headquarters, Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center, and TCO Stadium. This location is conveniently accessible from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, the Mall of America, and the airport. The planned development includes corporate offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and entertainment options.

    The luxurious 320-room hotel within this development offers over 35,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, including a 7,500-square-foot ballroom and a 4,410-square-foot event center. There are also six two-story hospitality lounges for various group events. From board meetings to galas, the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel caters to events of all sizes with its exceptional meeting facilities, diverse dining options, a spa, and top-notch fitness facilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Essential Job Functions:
    • Assist with screening job applicants and conducting reference checks
    • Schedule interviews with candidates and department heads
    • Help in processing new hire paperwork and maintaining job requisitions
    • Manage office supplies and equipment, handle filing tasks
    • Take care of associate data entry and maintain files
    • Answer phone calls and inquiries, type memos, assist in performance reviews scheduling
    • Participate in hotel orientation program and other assigned duties

    Qualifications

    • Relevant experience in hospitality, customer service, or administration
    • Self-motivated individual with a focus on quality, organization, and teamwork
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows; experience with Micros is a plus
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
