- Substantiated enterprise level knowledge of Wide Area Networking (WAN) technologies including legacy and modern WAN circuit technologies (for example MPLS, PRIs, DSL/Cable, Wireless, Satellite, etc.), circuit procurement and ordering processes, service resiliency concepts, and Cloud integration architectures.
- Demonstrated experience delivering service excellence for an enterprise organization including vendor contract maintenance, Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence, vendor and customer escalation, and IT service Management (ITSM) components for change, problem, and issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of cloud service providers (Azure, AWS, etc.) and multicloud architectures
- Professional experience in an IT leadership position in a large organization
- Proven experience leading an IT Data, Voice & Video infrastructure team

This Wide Area Network (WAN) and Cloud Infrastructure Manager reports to the DV2 Operations and Service Delivery Senior Manager in the EBS Infrastructure DV2 Directorate.
This manager is responsible for the daily operations, service delivery and management of WAN and Cloud staff supporting locations across the United States.
This position will provide leadership to the assigned WAN and Cloud organization, including resource allocation, administrative responsibilities, operational upkeep, resource prioritization, and labor planning.
This position can be located at any major Lockheed Martin campus facility (Fort Worth, Orlando, Stratford, Littleton, Sunnyvale, etc.).Specific Activities Include:
Overall management of administrative tasks associated with assigned Wide Area Network and Cloud personnel supporting Data, Voice, & Video (DV2) operations throughout the United States and execution of hiring, work force planning, skill development, performance assessments, mentoring, merit planning, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Manages and directs the installation, implementation, and maintenance of DV2 systems and utilities. Support Technical Solution Team's effort to satisfy customer requirements and provide ongoing sustainment and operations within technology domain and regionParticipates as Technical Domain representative in overall governance activities (CAB, TRB, ORB, etc.).
Support Solution Team's efforts to develop continuous & measurable process efficiency, automation improvements, and lessons learned for all technology domains.
Coordination and execution of hiring, work force planning, skill development, performance assessments, mentoring, merit planning, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Responsible for operation skill planning, training personnel, and future staffing forecasts. Position successfully develops and utilizes strong relationships with all department peers supporting the other regions and technical solution teams.Basic Qualifications:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $110,300 - $207,600.
