The Role:

  • Achieve business and sales targets
  • Develop, implement, and update a business plan for the territory (including analysis, identification of key customers, issues and opportunities, tactics/activities, etc.) in line with company strategy
  • Monitor the degree of implementation of the action plan for the respective territory and report to the regional area manager
  • Market products (Xifaxan and Clensia) in a professional manner and in accordance with applicable laws, ethical principles, guidelines, and instructions from superiors
  • Create, manage, and regularly update customer data to be visited regularly and in accordance with management instructions (known as the "target group")
  • Build a network within the region and exchange knowledge with the regional sales manager
  • Develop close relationships with target customers, take initiative, and make recommendations to management for important medical experts in Germany
  • Excellent product and disease knowledge, as well as communication skills
