    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, insurance eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, insurance transfers, insurance claim submissions, and insurance billing clarification.
    • Use an insurance customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about all STATE FARM INSURANCE & FINANCIAL SERVICES product options.
    • Develop new insurance clients leads using various self developed methods and leads our agency provides, schedule insurance appointments, identify customer needs, and market & sell all STATE FARM products.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Experience in customer service required- experience in managing customer service preferred
    • Experience in sales preferred - Proactive in problem-solving
    • Able to work in and manage a team environment
    • Experience in Windows computer applications
    • Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
    • Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
    • Property and Casualty and Life and Health Insurance Licenses REQUIRED
    • Willing to learn, Coachable, with a Positive attitude
    • Attention to Detail - Strong Follow up skills

    Note: This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents employees are not employees of State Farm.
