RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, insurance eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, insurance transfers, insurance claim submissions, and insurance billing clarification.
Use an insurance customerfocused, needsbased review process to educate customers about all STATE FARM INSURANCE & FINANCIAL SERVICES product options.
Develop new insurance clients leads using various self developed methods and leads our agency provides, schedule insurance appointments, identify customer needs, and market & sell all STATE FARM products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and listening
Highly organized and detailoriented
Experience in customer service required

- experience in managing customer service preferred

Experience in sales preferred
Proactive in problemsolving
Able to work in and manage a team environment
Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
Able to succeed in a fastpaced environment
Property and Casualty and Life and Health Insurance Licenses REQUIRED
Insurance agency experience preferred
Willing to learn, Coachable, with a Positive attitude
