    Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a large, reputable law firm the is looking to hire an experienced Litigation Secretary for the firm.

    The office is located in Newport Beach and candidates must be able to work on-site at least 3 days per week.

    Responsibilities include case management, drafting legal documents, court filings, deadline management, and trial preparation.

    Qualifications include an undergraduate degree or paralegal certificate, prior litigation experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

    Solid work history is a must. Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Please apply in today
