    About The Job:

    Valentius LLC, A Healthcare Consulting firm is looking for Healthcare Management Consultant, Subcontractor. This is an excellent opportunity to be responsible for managing and developing 1-2 key client accounts leading project delivery, developing and managing team project deliverables, managing key client stakeholders, identifying and supporting the scoping of new projects and business ventures. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are seeking to work alongside healthcare industry leaders to help create innovation projects that promote health equity and improved health outcomes for patients and/or consumers.

    Responsibilities

    • The Healthcare Consultant Subcontractor is responsible for the strategic execution of projects, relationship management, program design and implementation, and organizational development for their assigned nonprofit accounts.
    • Share expertise on industry trends to guide organizations through important decisions.
    • Researching, creating, and implementing development strategies for the growth of the client's organization
    • Support healthcare organizations with making long-term decisions, developing strategic plans, setting organizational goals, and provide guidance on critical business decisions.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree required; advanced degree (i.e. MBA, MPH, MHA) in a related discipline prefered.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in working with nonprofits, social services agencies, or other healthcare organizations (e.g. clinics, hospitals, etc.).
    • Results-oriented, experience using data as a management tool to ensure key performance metrics are achieved. Approach tasks with a sense of urgency, creativity, and flexibility.
    • The ability to facilitate executive and senior level client meetings and drive conversations with internal leadership.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, deadlines, and able to work both independently and collaboratively as a part of a team to meet clients needs.
