As a HR Consultant Subcontractor, your assignments may consist of either short-term projects or longer engagements providing ongoing HR support.Valentius LLC, Healthcare Consulting firm is looking for Human Resource Management Consultant Subcontractor. The HR Subcontractor role is an excellent opportunity to be responsible for managing and developing 1-2 key client accounts leading project delivery, developing and managing team HR project deliverables, managing key client stakeholders, identifying and supporting the scoping of new HR projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Partners with HR Business clients to help change management and implementation of key HR initiatives.
    • Provides input to the HR planning process to align with the client's strategic plan.
    • Acts as a resource to client accounts on a wide variety of human resources topics.
    • Partners with recruiting to ensure that recruiting strategies and processes are well understood and used effectively by hiring managers.
    • Support nonprofit organizations with making long-term decisions, developing HR strategic plans, setting organizational goals, and provide guidance on human resource related business decisions.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
    • Bachelors degree required.
    • Knowledge of all aspects of Federal and New York State employment laws.
    • Experience working with all levels of employees, including advising managers and executive teams.
    • Results-oriented, experience using data as a management tool to ensure key performance metrics are achieved. Approach tasks with a sense of urgency, creativity, and flexibility.
