What will be your daily pursuit?:
The Director of Operations, Jasper Lodging is a key member of a collaborative and entrepreneurial senior management team.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Lodging for Banff Jasper Collection, the Director of Operations is responsible for the onsite leadership and advancement of seven hotels and resorts.
Key responsibilities include the transformation of guest hospitality and employee engagement in additional to daily operations, financial results, and community engagement.
In this capacity, this role will lead a senior leadership team in Jasper, including Five Hotel Managers, Executive Housekeeper, Chief Engineer and a Guest Experience Manager.
Additionally, this role will collaborate with the Jasper F&B General Manager and corporate shared service teams.What perks can you expect?:
