Vincennes University Jasper (VUJ) Campus is looking for a dynamic individual to lead the Admissions operation on the Jasper Campus and serve on the Campus senior leadership team as Associate Director of Admissions.

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the incoming class and contributing to the overall success and growth of the VU Jasper Campus.

With new student enrollment growing, new programs launching, and recent capital investments—It could not be a more exciting time to join the VUJ team

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive enrollment management strategy.
• Managing and implementing a robust communication plan.
• Utilizing data analysis and assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and inform decision-making.
• Leading and supervising an admissions team.
• Creating, implementing, and maintaining advertising plans for the Jasper Campus including digital, traditional, and social media.
• Leading and organizing programming and events related to community engagement and the recruitment and enrollment of new students.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; A combination of education and professional experience may be considered in place of a Bachelor's degree.

• Experience in higher education, recruitment, sales, or a related field
• Can-do spirit with a visionary mind and an infectious positive attitude.
• Ability to embrace and support the Vincennes University Jasper mission and a desire to engage and recruit new students.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license

Physical Demands:
Normal physical demands for successful work in a normal office environment. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and give one-hour walking tours of Campus. Ability to load and set-up materials and equipment required for high school visits and other events.
