    About the Job:

    This role will focus on designing and executing sales strategies and programs requiring proven business development, market intelligence and solutions selling experience resulting in maximizing bookings, revenue, and profitability for Genesys Professional Service Offerings.

    We expect this person to have a history of:

    • Leading high performing sales groups in the value selling space.
    • Depth and breadth of the contact center space and its technical ecosystems.
    • Examples of performing against an individual quota that will lead to, but not limited to, increased professional services bookings, adoption, consumption, and expansion.

    Candidates, should be prepared to discuss how you will add value, define strategies, increase velocity, and overcome adversity in a selling capacity. We'll also want to take a deeper dive into your domain expertise as it relates to the Contact Center Space.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for exceeding quarterly booking targets, including negotiating, and closing opportunities individually and with the greater selling teams.
    • Create account plans and sales proposals with clearly identified selling opportunities that drive booking attainment and client adoption.
    • Assign and manage all team selling activities: quotas, metrics, KPI's, forecasted opportunities, revenue targets etc.
    • Provide corrective actions and development plans when performance is below expectations.
    • Build confidence & trust with prospects, customers, partners, account executives, direct reports for continuous improvement and booking performance.
    • Leverage customer data and insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our offerings, ensuring maximum value delivery to our customers.
    • Collaborate with all Professional Services groups to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving revenue growth.
    • Leverage techno-functional expertise to listen, understand and translate our customers' specific technical challenges and requirements into tangible requirements and billable effort proposals.

    Skills and Experience:

    • 10+ years of advanced value/expansion selling and business development experience with a consistent record of achievement.
    • Documented track record and business acumen of the Professional Services function.
    • A coachable leader, who is willing and able to provide and accept constructive feedback.
    • History of working within in a CcaaS space with direct lines to a GTM strategy.
    • Demonstrated success leveraging third-party companies to achieve quota.
    • Consultative, Solution-selling experience (vs. product-centric sales) required.
    • Superb organizational skills and with a history outlining and establishing sales strategies.
    • Leadership record that promotes and exemplifies the highest levels of teamwork, personal accountability, mutual support, and development of others.
    • At min 50% travel for business development and solutions opportunities

    Compensation:

    This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

    $151, $297,650.00
