    Key Responsibilities:
    • Identifying, developing, and overseeing growth initiatives
    • Conducting thorough analytical analysis for project evaluation
    • Maintaining reporting systems to measure sales performance
    • Participating in the creation and rollout of new sales programs
    • Supporting senior sales leaders with messaging and communications
    • Leading productivity meetings to drive impactful outcomes
    • Assisting with sales incentive administration
    • Performing complex tasks with autonomy in decision-making
    Qualifications:
    • Extensive experience in sales organizations
    • Passion for excellence, customer satisfaction, and teamwork
    • Strong analytical, presentation, and collaboration skills
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
    • Self-motivated with excellent written and oral communication skills
    Basic Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
    • 8+ years' experience in business-to-business sales or sales operations with management background
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
    • Project management expertise from planning to analysis of results
