In this position, you will be tasked with managing and expanding your account base primarily through digital platforms within specified industry/vertical segments of customers.     Responsibilities:

    • Digital Sales Execution:
      • Grow revenue through outbound digital interactions within assigned industry/vertical segments of customers using various digital channels like email, social media, chat, digital sales rooms, and virtual meetings.
      • Manage sales pipeline to secure opportunities.
      • Adopt an innovative and adaptable approach to digital sales, exploring new tactics and technologies to engage customers and drive growth.
      • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to monitor interactions, gather insights, and follow up on revenue prospects.
    • Technology Adoption and Innovation:
      • Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in digital sales and marketing, actively testing new tools and platforms to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experiences.
      • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to pilot innovative sales strategies, tools, and customer acquisition techniques, offering feedback and insights for continual enhancement.
    • Customer Growth and Retention:
      • Identify and pursue additional opportunities within assigned industry/vertical segments, leveraging digital sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand market share.
      • Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive sales journey.
    • Collaboration and Teamwork:
      • Share best practices and insights with colleagues and team members, nurturing a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.
      • Act as a troubleshooter, identifying barriers in the digital sales process and devising innovative solutions to overcome them.
      • Mentor others in the transition to certifying sellers in digital sales by sharing best practices and providing guidance to aid their development.

    Your Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated expertise in digital sales strategies and methodologies, having a proven record of meeting sales targets and driving customer engagement.
    • Customer-centric mindset, facilitating effective interactions with clients and internal stakeholders to boost sales and foster positive relationships.
    • Innovative outlook with a keen interest in exploring new concepts and technologies to improve digital sales strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and influencing customers effectively.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate upcoming trends and opportunities in the digital sales landscape.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented approach, focusing on delivering successful outcomes for customers and the business.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in digital sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to drive results and adapt to changes OR a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proven track record in managing digital sales processes and executing targeted campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
    • Success in leveraging digital tools and technologies to optimize growth strategies and achieve measurable outcomes in a competitive environment.
